our Minnesota Woods Soap captures the essence of a walk through the forest on a crisp evening. Each bar is crafted with locally sourced Minnesota goat’s milk, olive oil, unrefined organic coconut oil, RSPO-certified sustainable palm oil, castor oil, and sunflower oil — creating a rich, nourishing lather that leaves skin soft and refreshed.
The scent, called Rustic Woods & Rum, is warm, complex, and grounding. It opens with hay, cinnamon, and citrus, layered with ginger and smooth rum, then settles into sandalwood, birchwood, and subtle tobacco for a truly earthy, woodsy finish.

Preserving My Sanity makes handcrafted goat milk soap in small batches, with each bar containing just over an ounce of locally sourced Minnesota goat milk. The owner, Darcy, ensures that each product she creates is carefully made with a blend of nourishing, quality ingredients. She is a certified soapmaker with the Handcrafted Soap & Cosmetics Guild, and her favorite part about soapmaking is learning and practicing new techniques to create beautiful designs.
